1. Services Provided
BTheHype provides infrastructure that lets Developers define human outcomes, trigger execution via API events, verify results at a destination, and settle in HYPEIT. The commercial transaction is the purchase of HYPEIT (100 HYPEIT = $1 USD) to fund Growth Programs and protocol execution.
2. Payments and HYPEIT Settlement
BTheHype maintains a provider-independent payment layer. Developer funding is processed through an approved payment provider, which may vary by jurisdiction, business status, payment method, and regulatory requirements. BTheHype's internal HYPEIT ledger remains independent of the external payment processor. 100 HYPEIT equals $1 USD of execution value. External payment processing and internal HYPEIT settlement are separate systems.
3. Webhook Integrity
Developers are strictly prohibited from manipulating, spoofing, or artificially triggering track API events. All outcomes must reflect genuine human actions verified at the configured destination. We reserve the right to audit, rate-limit, or terminate API access if we detect anomalous or fraudulent activity.
4. Limitation of Liability
BTheHype provides infrastructure "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcome volumes — execution depends on network capacity, eligibility, and program configuration. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount of your currently unconsumed Program Funding balance.
