Unused HYPEIT
Unused HYPEIT remaining in your balance can be refunded to your original payment method within thirty (30) days of the original transaction date. To initiate a refund for unused HYPEIT, contact support from your registered account email at hello@bthehype.com.
Unused HYPEIT can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. HYPEIT consumed by verified human outcomes — after destination confirmation and settlement — is final and non-refundable.
Consumed HYPEIT (Non-Refundable)
BTheHype settles HYPEIT when a human outcome is verified at your configured destination. HYPEIT that has been reserved, executed, verified, and settled is strictly final and non-refundable. Once the protocol confirms the outcome, the service has been fully rendered.
Account Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service — such as fraudulent API events or attempts to bypass verification — any remaining HYPEIT may be forfeited.
